Supplychain Manager

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Zurich area
Languages Required: Fluent in German and English

Key Qualifications:
•At least 8 years of Experience: Proven track record of managing complex supply chains, with specific experience in production line management.
•Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing open-source and on-premise systems to support production and supply chain processes.
•Strong Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, driving change, and delivering measurable results in a high-pressure environment.
•Fluency in German: A must, given the role’s location and collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.
•Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex challenges and implement solutions that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Skilled in demand planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
