Test Manager

We have a current opportunity for a Test Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based in Prague and remotely.

Start: 1.12.2024
End: 31.12.2025
Prague (12 days on average onsite per month) and remote, fulltime

Tasks:
- Updating the business processes based on the interviews with business and review of existing process walk-through
- Preparation of the manual UAT test cases based on the business processes and existing user requirements specifications
- Execution of specific test cases
- Coordination of the business people who will be running UAT test cases
- Monitoring, assessing and documenting feedback and findings raised from the User Acceptance Testing
- Identifying and documenting missing requirements
- Supporting user training after UAT phase is over and prior to the go live.

Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and handle their concerns.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools and platforms
- Fluent English
