Urgently seeking a Total Cost of Ownership: Excellence & Growth Manager
Initial 12 Month contract/

Must be based in Ireland as you will be onsite two days per week.

This position will play a lead role in supporting the client's Device Marketing and Promotions businesses by serving and enabling the teams to achieve the strategic and financial objectives of the business and the Strategic Sourcing group.

Reporting to the Director, this role involves supporting all Device Marketing and Promotions categories from E2E device & promotion lifecycle evaluation, including architect and execute strategies to maximize TCO (revenue & expense reduction), optimizing contracting and T&Cs and synthesizing reporting across all categories.


Skills and requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience, in sourcing, OEM, telecoms or financial firm
• 2+ years people leadership experience
• Experience in a fast paced dynamic international environment
• Must have led trasformstion programs
• Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures
• Proven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects to time, cost and quality
• Possesses excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including ability to conduct outside/inside research, analyze data, and use MS Excel effectively to develop models and drive analyses
• Comfort in working up and across the organization – working with senior staff members and front line employees
